Refund policy
Returns
You may return damaged items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that we will not be able to refund any shipping costs.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Please note we only accept returns if the item is damaged as a result of our error.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at @teh.customerservice.com to obtain the return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
Damaged Items
All damaged items will be assessed based on the type and extent of the damage. Minor issues, such as loose threads or small imperfections, will not qualify for a full refund or exchange. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued, typically ranging between £2–£5, depending on the nature of the issue. Significant damages will be handled on a case by case basis.
Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed. It's crucial to ensure the colour and size are correct before finalising the purchase. If there's anything else you need assistance with, please contact us.
